Let's Grow Your Spotify Streams
Promote & stream the playlists below to help them grow, and then submit your own music to these playlists.
What if there was a network of Spotify playlists just waiting to add your synthwave music?
What if, combined, these playlists had tens of thousands of synthwave fans following them?
The result would be every-time you release new synthwave music, you're given an opportunity to get your music in front of tens of thousands of synthwave fans.
This is the vision.
It's not quite yet a reality, but it can be with your help!
I've created a network of 12 different synthwave playlists on Spotify, each overing a different synthwave niche. As a member of the Synthwave Alliance, or a student of my Spotify Mastery Course, you are able to submit your music to me for possible addition to these playlists.
I can't guarantee that I will add your music for a couple of reasons.
- 1This would violate Spotify's rules, and could get us all banned from the platform
- 2I want these to actually be good playlists so REAL listeners will listen to them
But, I can promise you that each month you can submit one song to me and I WILL listen to it with my very own ears. If I really like the song, I'll add it to one or more of our Synthwave Alliance playlists.
Sure, you could try and build your own Spotify playlists (and I actually encourage you to do so) but this takes a lot of time and effort, and followers are not guaranteed.
In the meantime, you can join an alliance of other synthwave artists and help grow these playlists so that when your song is added to them, there are actually real synthwave fans following and listening to your music!
The overall mission here is to grow these playlists to the point that anytime you get your music added to them, you have a real chance of getting enough streams so that you trigger the Spotify algorithm and get your music added to Release Radar, Discover Weekly, and more.

1. Stream The Playlists
This may sound strange, but it’s the absolute best way to get a new playlist off the ground. Listen to these playlists as often as you can. If you love synthwave, this shouldn't be too hard because they will have awesome music on them.
Playlists with high engagement (streams, followers) become more visible within Spotify than those with fewer active listeners. So the more we can all stream these playlists, the more they will rise in visibility when people are searching for synthwave playlists on Spotify.
2. Share the playlists with your fans!
If your fans like synthwave, then they'll love these playlists.
Not only will you be helping your music to get more streams, but your fans will love you even more for sharing new amazing synthwave music with them.
